Many of us use cracked Windows OS, because we are unaware about the disadvantages and drawbacks of that. As we know that Microsoft license cost is not too much but obviously it's paid.And in other hand we are getting many cracked OS & software having all major features that we mostly use.
So as human nature we think ,If I'm getting something free of cost then why should i pay for that?And then we don't care much of having cracked or licenses ,OS - softwares.

If you are using crack version of windows OS without paying a single penny, you are getting full version of windows and you think there is no disadvantages or drawback of cracked OS then guys once just think why Microsoft ask you to pay for licenses? And why people will pay of that Operation Systems which cracked licence is also doing same?
This means obviously there are many disadvantages & drawbacks of that .

According to Microsoft
Pirated Windows might contain viruses, worms, and spyware from the point of installation.
According to me
- Pirated Copies are often found customized, pre-added programs like key-loggers that can send your data secretly to hackers and the worst part is this that Pirated copies aren't affected by Microsoft anti piracy stuff ,so you will not get update on that in any time.
- Pirated OS can have lot's of security holes that can attract hacking sharks.
- You will not have any support from windows if you are using pirated OS or softwares.
- Many of core drivers might not work at optimum in pirated OS.
- And if you are fan of Microsoft then you are going to miss many apps & software .
- Pirated copies don't give any patches update (.msp file). Patches update are very essential for Windows
- Microsoft also gives us Windows Defender. Defender protect our system against spyware and lots of viruses
And obviously using cracked windows OS for commercial purpose is also totally illegal , and Microsoft can let legal action against that, many countries have IT laws regarding piracy and it is a punishable with imprisonment as well as fine.
But as per my knowledge Microsoft don't do raids in India because of the billions numbers of user of windows OS.
But in the end i would say if it's for personal use with basic tasks then it's fine for you to cracked OS instead of paying 8k or 10k for that AND I also agree that,using cracked windows means your computer is being used by YOU and YOU only.
And in last there is not huge difference between cracked and licence OS but if you are security concerned and want to be updated with latest securities then you should get a licence instead of using cracked.
